AmaZulu is set to take on Kaizer Chiefs on Wednesday evening at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in the Betway Premiership.

Kick-off is at 19h30 CAT.

Usuthu lost their opening fixture against Polokwane City 2-1, and will be looking to improve in this upcoming encounter against the Glamour Boys.

Midfielder Ben Motshwari says that the match against Chiefs won’t be an easy task especially after they lost their opener but the mood has changed in the training camp.

“We’re quite confident. We showed last season that we can perform really well against the big clubs,” he said.

“We’re trying to adjust the things that we didn’t get right in the previous game but everything looks positive, it’s just small minor details that we have to correct going into this next match.”

Striker Etiosa Ighodaro shares that same sentiments and believes that the team will bounce back in the match against the Soweto giants.

“We are confident that in our next game we will have maximum points,” said Ighodaro.
