AmaZulu FC will be looking to register a second successive win in the Betway Premiership when they take on Chippa United at the Buffalo City Stadium on Saturday.

Usuthu snapped a three-match winless run across all competitions when they emerged as 1-0 winners over Durban City at home, courtesy of Taariq Fielies’ late winning goal on October 18.
The KwaZulu-Natal giants are placed seventh in the Betway Premiership standings and a win over Chippa would see AmaZulu go level on points with third-placed Orlando Pirates if other results go Usuthu’s way this weekend.
“In terms of the demands, all the games are the same,” AmaZulu head coach Arthur Zwane said after masterminding a victory over Durban City in the KwaZulu-Natal Derby.
“This wasn’t an easy game, and they planned for us thoroughly as well and tried to capitalise on our mistakes like everyone else.”
Meanwhile, Chippa extended their winless run to five matches across all competitions when they succumbed to a 2-1 defeat to Marumo Gallants away on October 19, with Bienvenu Eva Nga scoring the consolation goal.
The Chilli Boys are placed 16th in the Betway Premiership, but they are three points behind 13th-placed Stellenbosch FC coming into their encounter with AmaZulu.
The Eastern Cape side have a new head coach in Vusumuzi Vilakazi, the former AmaZulu co-head coach, and this will be his first game in charge of the Chilli Boys as he faces Usuthu.
Both AmaZulu and Chippa have no suspension concerns as they prepare for a battle between two coastal teams.
