With local football on the horizon, AmaZulu are eyeing up another mouthwatering Betway Premiership clash when they take on Chippa United at the Buffalo City Municipality Stadium on Saturday, 29 March.

After two consecutive defeats in the league, AmaZulu will hope to return to the winning column this coming weekend following the conclusion of the international break.

In facing the Chilli Boys once more, Usuthu will take confidence in the fact that they’ve already beaten Chippa United in the Betway Premiership this season.

AmaZulu claimed a 2-0 win against Chippa United last time out, as Hendrick Ekstein and Celimpilo Ngema got their names on the scoresheet at the Moses Mabhida Stadium back in October, 2024.

Also, Usuthu are currently on a three match unbeaten streak against Chippa in the league and recorded two wins and one draw against the Gqeberha side during this period.
