The AmaZulu FC academy product was promoted to the club’s first team during the 2021/22 season after impressing whilst playing in the DStv Diski Challenge.
Mashigo made his professional debut against Cape Town City in May 2022 as Usuthu were held to a 0-0 draw in the Mother City. He had a successful loan spell at Umvoti FC before returning to AmaZulu.
