The veteran midfielder started his career at University of Pretoria after joining the club from Limpopo’s Dynamos in 2012. Zungu went on to have two successful spells with Mamelodi Sundowns and he also plied his trade in Europe where he turned out for Portugal’s Vitoria Guimaraes, French club Amiens, and Scottish giants Rangers. The Bafana Bafana international joined AmaZulu in December 2024.
