AmaZulu FC head coach Romain Folz is pleased with the commitment shown by his players ahead of the match against Sekhukhune United.
Usuthu are busy preparing for December 31’s encounter against Babina Noko as the DStv Premiership resumes following a break enforced by the recent 2022 World Cup finals.
“Everything is going according to the plan and I’m happy with the work ethic,” Folz said.
“I’m happy with the commitment shown by the guys during the break and it’s the only positive thing now and we want to keep it that way.”
The current break has seen injured players resume training with their Usuthu teammates and this has left the French tactician delighted.
“We had few injuries to monitor and Bonginkosi Ntuli is one of them but he’s slowly coming and starting to train a little bit,” Folz continued.
“So we have to be cautious and smart with how we deal with players coming back from injury.
“Everyone is coming back, it is just a matter of time before the team is injury free and everyone is back to full fitness.”
The match between AmaZulu and Sekhukhune will be played at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane. Kick-off is at 17h30.
