AmaZulu are set to travel to the General Lansana Conté Stadium where they will face Horoya AC in their final Champions League Group B match on Friday.
Kick-off is at 18h00 CAT.
Usuthu are keen to return to winning ways having lost 2-0 to Moroccan giants Raja Casablanca in their last Group B game which was played in Durban on March 18.
AmaZulu are currently placed third on the group standings and they will be looking to end their debut group stage campaign with a win in the capital city of Guinea, Conakry.
The KwaZulu-Natal giants will be under the guidance of interim coach Brandon Truter, who was appointed following fellow local tactician Benni McCarthy’s departure.
This will be the former Swallows FC coach’s first competitive game in charge of Usuthu having guided the Soweto giants to the 2019/20 GladAfrica Championship title..
Meanwhile, Horoya suffered a 3-2 defeat to Algerian side ES Setif in their last Group B match which was played in Algiers on March 18.
The Guinean champions are currently placed fourth on the group standings and it will be a clash between two teams that are looking to finish third in Group B.
This will be the second meeting between AmaZulu and Horoya.
AmaZulu secured a 1-0 win over Horoya in a Group B encounter which was played in Durban on February 18.
